MT. HOOD ADMIN SITES LANDSCAPING SERVICES. MT. HOOD NATIONAL FOREST

This work is to do landscaping work at the Mt. Hood administrative office sites located in Dufur, Parkdale, and Zigzag, Oregon. The landscaping will consist of mowing lawn, trimming of bushes, or weeding of flower beds, with each site having some combination of this work. For the Base Year work shall start June 2nd, 2024, to September 29th, 2024. For the Optional Years, work shall start in the middle of April. This is a Firm-Fixe Priced contract for one year with 2 Optional Years. The location are:

Dufur Ranger Station, 780 NE Court St, Dufur, OR 97021 Parkdale Work Center, 4860 Baseline Dr, Parkdale, OR 97041 Hood River Ranger Station, 6780 Highway 35, Parkdale, OR 97041 Zigzag Ranger Station, 70220 E Highway 26, Zigzag, OR 97049 This project is 100% set aside for Small Business. This is a one-year contract with 2 Optional Years. Optional Years might be exercise depending on funding and on the quality of work performed by the contractor on the prior year.
