UPDATE:

Amendment 004 changes Proposals Due from 03/27/2026 4:00 P.M. PST to 04/03/2026 4:00 P.M. PST. This extension is to account for updating information in the solicitation document. This update is adding the timber volume for the Optional Item 5: Biomass Removal into the price schedule and removing it from Timber Subject to agreement. All Mandatory and Optional Items shall have a price associated to be considered a responsive bid.

Amendment 003 is now posted: This amendment changes Proposals Due from 03/20/2026 4:00 P.M. PST to 03/27/2026 4:00 P.M. PST. This extension is to account for clearing of snow from roads to access previously inaccessible areas. This time will allow for additional time to visit these sites.

Amendment 002 is now posted: This amendment changes Proposals Due from 03/16/2026 4:00 P.M. PST to 03/20/2026 4:00 P.M. PST. This extension is to account for delay in amendment of technical specification. Changes include:

Call Order - Changes to protection of improvements section, clarification in notes, extension of proposals due date. Appendix A - Changes to technical specification on SMZ work across the project area, clarification on protection of utilities in Item 1. Appendix B - Changes to volume and acres to account for additional SMZ work. CAMs - added areas for SMZs. This Amendment includes the site visit notes from February 5th. Amended documents and site visit notes are attached.

There is an industry meeting scheduled for scheduled for Wednesday March 11, 2026 at 0900 PT and will be held via TEAMS to provide an opportunity for vendors to discuss changes from this amendment. This extension is to account for forthcoming amendment to adjust technical specification amendments, anticipated posting date for amendment of technical specifications is 03/03/2026. **UPDATE: The location of the site visit on February 12th, 2026 will be changed to Hume Lake District Office, 35860 E Kings Canyon Rd, Dunlap, CA 93621. Please be at this location by 10:00 AM PT.

Please prepare for foot travel in snowy conditions as vehicular traffic is limited and restricted at this time. *UPDATE: The Sequoia National Forest will be hosting a site visit on February 12th, 2026 starting at 10:00 AM PT. Meeting location will be at the Quail Flat Trailhead, Forest Rte 13S09, Hume, CA 93628. This procurement is restricted to the approved companies eligible for call orders under the R5 Pacific Southwest Stewardship BPA for the Sequoia National Forest in the state of California. This requirement may be awarded to one vendor as a BPA Call Order against BPA's previously solicited on the Government Point of Entry (GPE).

The government will not provide feedback or evaluations to companies regarding their submissions in response to this notice that are not eligible for awards under the R5 Pacific Southwest Stewardship BPA.
