Chippewa National Forest East Zone Site Preparation

DESCRIPTION: The USDA-Forest Service is soliciting a Site Preparation project on the Deer River Ranger District on the Chippewa National Forest. The Contractor will be required to provide all transportation, material, labor, supervision, equipment, operators, tools, supplies, licenses, permits and other incidentals as required in the Schedule of Items and Specifications of the solicitation necessary to perform the services. Government Furnished Property is required for partial work on this project. Details are in the Statement of Work(s).

CONTRACTOR QUALIFICATIONS: Interested parties are advised that registration in the System for Award Management (SAM) database is required prior to award of a contract. There is no cost for registration in SAM when registration is completed on the official SAM website (www.sam.gov).

SET-ASIDE: This procurement is set-aside 100% for small business concerns. The NAICS code is NAICS 115310. The Small Business size standard is $11.5 Million.

SOLICITATION DOCUMENTS: Solicitation 12363N24Q4262 is being issued as an RFQ and will be awarded as a firm fixed price contract. Multiple Awards may be issued based on Best Value. The solicitation and related documents will only be issued electronically via Contract Opportunities on www.sam.gov and are expected to be available for downloading on or around 03JUL2024 from https://www.sam.gov/. All responsible small business sources may submit a quote which, if timely received, shall be considered by the agency.
