Cost-Per-Reportable-Result (CPRR) Automated Urinalysis System for Naval Medical Center Portsmouth

Defense Health Agency (DHA) has a requirement for a Firm Fixed Price (FFP) supply contract in accordance with FAR Part 12, Commercial Items and FAR Part 13, Simplified Acquisition Procedures for Cos-Per-Result-Reportable (CPRR) Automated Urinalysis System at Naval Medical Center Portsmouth. In order to be considered for this requirement, please respond with a completed quote following the guidelines in the Instructions to Offerors (page 30) and Evaluation Factors For Award (page 33) of the SF1449.

Amendment 0001 makes corrections to the Attachments for the solicitation where "CPR" was stated incorrectly and replaced with the correct "CPRR".

Amendment 0002 updates the Statement of Requirement by removing "Capable of providing an internet-based quality control program", "Capable of providing an FDA-approved lab automation connection with laboratory automation line solution", and "System must be compatible and able to connect to multiple vendor CC/IA track automation lines".
