Refinitiv Eikon API access for ERS/MTED

THIS IS A NOTICE OF INTENT AND NOT A REQUEST FOR QUOTES. This notice is for informational purposes only and is not to be construed as a commitment by the Government. Vendors that believe they can provide the specialized services listed in the attached scope of work are invited to submit substantiating documentation in writing to the identified point of contact. Information received will be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement.

Oral communications are not acceptable in response to this notice. A determination by the Government to compete this proposed contract based on responses to this notice is solely at the discretion of the Government. MTED intends on awarding a sole source, firm fixed price contract to Refinitiv Eikon to fulfill the specific acquisition requirements in the salient characteristics. Refinitiv Eikon supplies the futures price data, critical for MTED Outlook and research programs.

This contract would include cash prices, which are an essential part of Outlook analysis, and it permits using an API, allowing multiple economists/analysts to utilize at the same time. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code for this requirement is 513210 (Software Publishers) Size Standard $47M. Period of Performance 09/01/2024 – 08/31/2025
