Maintain LEAD to Succeed Training Program

The LEAD to Suceed training platform was developed and maintained by School Nutrition Foundation (SNF) via USDA FNS grant funding which has expired. A 1-year sole source contract is being sought for SNF to maintain this training program and perform activities that were within the scope of the grant. This training program supports school nutrition directors and managers in strengthening and improving their competency and skill areas in leadership, people management and communication. The training also supports frontline school foodservice staff, with training focused on the areas of communication, dealing with conflict, customer service and student engagement.
