Only one responsible source and no other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements. Premo fireballs is a product that is manufactured by SEI Industries in Canada. SEI indicated to the government that there is only one vendor who is soley authorize to sell this product (Premo Fireball) on their behalf in the United States.
