The Defense Health Agency is seeking sources to provide services in support of the Naval Medical Center (NMC) Camp Lejeune, NC. The contractor shall provide two (2) 65” display Screens, one (1) Room Bar, two (2) wall mounts, one (1) Dante Audio Interface, one (1) Bridge Adapter, one (1) Microphone, custom cabling for racks and accessories, and installation. The Contractor shall be prepared to provide training and one (1) year of remote support.

Each item will require approval by the local subject matter expert prior to purchase and install. Notification will be provided no more than 48 hours in advance of the need for remote support. The contractor shall furnish all equipment and supplies necessary to provide the services described above. The estimated period of performance is August 30, 2024. This sources sought notice is not a request for competitive proposals and no solicitation document exists for the requirement.

Sources interested in responding to this notice are required to submit a capability statement that includes management and technical data and cost information, in sufficient detail and with convincing evidence that clearly demonstrates the capability to perform the required work. Capability statements shall not exceed 5 (8.5 x 11 inch) pages using a font size no smaller than 10-point. All capability statements received by the due date of this notice will be considered by the Government.

A request for documentation or additional information will not be considered as an affirmative response. A determination by the Government not to compete based on responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. Information received will be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive 8(a) procurement or to proceed with a 8(a) sole source contract.
