COMBINED SYNOPSIS/SOLICITATION HT940624Q0045 Annual Maintenance and Calibration Services in support of Naval Medical Center Camp Lejeune, NC This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial services prepared in accordance with FAR 12.6, Streamlined Procedures for Evaluation and Solicitation for Commercial Products and Commercial Services and FAR 13, Simplified Acquisition Procedures, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice.

This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The solicitation number is HT940624Q0045. The solicitation is issued as a Request for Quotations (RFQ). Provisions and clauses in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2024-05 are incorporated. The associated North American Industrial Classification System (NAICS) code for this procurement is 811210 Professional and Management Development training, with a small business size standard of $34,000,000.00. The Naval Medical Center Camp Lejeune (NMCCL) has a requirement for a non-personal services contract that provides annual maintenance and calibration of Test Measurement Diagnostic Equipment Calibration. The RFQ will result in one (1) firm fixed price contract. The estimated periods of performance are outlined below:

Base Period: 17 June 2024 through 16 June 2025 Option Period 1: 17 June 2025 through 16 June 2026 Option Period 2: 17 June 2026 through 16 June 2027 Option Period 3: 17 June 2027 through 16 June 2028 Option Period 4: 17 June 2028 through 16 June 2029 6-month Extension (FAR 52.217-8): 17 June 2029 – 16 December 2029 The Defense Health Agency (DHA) Southeastern Healthcare Operations Contracting Division requests responses from qualified sources capable of providing services outlined in the Performance Work Statement (PWS).
