THIS IS NOT A REQUEST FOR QUOTE/PROPOSAL – Defense Health Agency (DHA) Northeastern Markets Contracting Division (NM-CD) on behalf of the Department of Anatomical Pathology of Alexander T. Augusta Military Medical Center (ATAMMC) in Fort Belvoir, VA, intends to award a firm fixed price contract on a sole source basis to General Data Company, Inc. The anticipated award will be made under the statutory authority permitting “Other than full and Open Competition” in accordance with FAR Subpart 13.5 – Simplified Procedures for Certain Commercial Products and Commercial Services.

This contract is intended to meet the mission of the Department of Pathology’s requirement to acquire the LaserTrack Flex 2480 cartridge printer. General Data Company, Inc. is registered in SAM.gov. The NAICS code for this requirement is 334516 Analytical Laboratory Instrument Manufacturing with a Small Business Size Standard: 1000. This notice of intent is NOT a request for competitive quotations. Requests for copies of a solicitation in response to this notice will not be honored or acknowledged.
