FCC Yazoo City - Q2 FY26 Dairy Milk

The Federal Bureau of Prisons, Federal Correctional Institution, Yazoo City, MS is hereby issuing solicitation FCC YAZOO CITY - Q2 FY26 Dairy Milk for the acquisition of dairy milk for delivery to the Federal Correctional Institute, Yazoo City, MS. This acquisition is unrestricted and only qualified sellers may submit bids. Terms are FOB Destination, deliveries will be scheduled weekly and the quantities will be determined by food service. The contract type is a firm-fixed price.

The Government reserves the right to award to responsible vendor(s) whose offer, conforms to the solicitation, and is considered to be most advantageous to the Government. Past performance will be considered approximately equal in value to price. Past Performance (poor past performance, failure to deliver awarded items in the past, not meeting required specifications, etc.), may result with the vendors quotes being considered as a non-responsible vendor. Please include shipping in all pricing.
