The 409TH CSB, Regional Contracting Office-Wiesbaden intends to award a sole source purchase order to Ultra Electronics Advances Tactical Systems. Ultra is the sole source manufacturer for the ADSI System. Due to the unique characteristics and capabilities of this system (including the factor that Ultra has no authorized resellers or distributors per their sole source letter) no other contractor may fulfill this requirement.

This purchase will be made under Simplified Acquisition Procedures and Other than Full and Open Competition as authorized by FAR 6.302-1(a)(2) & 13.106-1(b). The anticipated award date is on or before 1 April 2024. Please note that this is not a request for competitive proposals. However, all interested parties who believe they can meet the requirements are invited to submit in writing complete information describing their ability to provide the product/services listed above.

Deadline date for the submittals is 7 March 2024 at 10 am European Central Time (Germany). A determination by the government not to compete this requirement based on responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the government. Information received will be considered solely for determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement.
