PM for Milestone Magnus and HistoMATE Tissue Processors

THIS IS NOT A REQUEST FOR QUOTE/PROPOSAL - Defense Health Agency (DHA) Northeastern Markets Contracting Division (NM-CD) on behalf of the Department of Pathology of Walter Reed National Military Medical Center (WRNMMC) in Bethesda, MD, intends to award a firm fixed price contract on a sole source basis to Milestone Medical Technologies, Inc., 6475 Technolofy Ave, STE F, Kalamazoo, Michigan 49009. The anticipated award will be made under the statutory authority permitting "Other than full and Open Competition" in accordance with FAR Subpart 13.5 - Simplified Procedures for Certain Commercial Products and Commercial Services.

This contract is intended to meet the mission of the Department of PAthology's requirement to acquire preventative maintenance services for the Magnus and HistoMATE tissue processors in the laboratory.
