The 42nd Contracting Squadron at Maxwell AFB, AL hereby gives NOTICE OF INTENT TO AWARD A SOLE SOURCE to CollegeSource, Inc to provide a subscription for user-access subscription agreement enabling internet access to and full utilization of a nation-wide college catalog database of current and archived collegiate institution catalogs in accordance with the attached draft Statement of Requirement (SOR).
