Secret and Below Releasable Environment (SABRE) IT Integration Service Request For Information (RFI)

This synopsis is for the purpose of soliciting interested parties to respond to a request for information (RFI). This is a continuation of a previous RFI that was sent out in August. If your company has already responded to the RFI from August and provided your company name and information to Ms. Tina Stanley, there is no need to respond to this RFI as we already have your info.

The United States Air Force (USAF), Life Cycle Management Center (LCMC) / Enterprise IT & Cyber Infrastructure Division (HNI), Compute and Store Branch (HNII) has a requirement to operate and sustain a Government Owned / Contractor Operated (GO/CO) Secret And Below Releasable Environment (SABRE) Government-designated DoD IL6 Classified Cloud operational production environment to provide U.S. Combatant Commands (CCMDs), Services, and Agencies (CC/S/As) with a releasable environment for continuous global collaboration and coordination, not only with each other, but with DOD components, select allies, coalition mission partners, and interagency partners to include local, state, federal and non-governmental agencies.

The Government has a requirement to transition the SABRE Enterprise environment from a lab-based, test and evaluation environment to the operational production environment at four geographically dispersed government facilities located in both CONUS and OCONUS. There will be Controlled Unclassified Information (CUI) information on the RFI which will not be posted on GSA.

The RFI will be provided via email to interested vendors that meet security requirements (Facility Clearance Level, National Industrial Security System, Document Safeguarding Level).

To receive CUI documents, interested vendors shall send an email titled "SABRE-RFI INTEREST" with full COMPANY NAME and CAGE code to the following Point of Contacts (POC): Christina Stanley at christina.stanley.4@us.af.mil, and Capt Ling Lin at ling.lin.1@us.af.mil, Please make sure that your email is sent to both POCs, NO LATER THAN 23 September 2024 0800 EST.
