Request for Information - Shock Absorbing Carpet

9th CES/CEO is seeking to remove existing shock absorbing proprietary carpet in rooms: 221, 231, 401, 411, 551 in the Child Development Center; B2443 and install new carpet in the rooms previously identified. The carpet needs to meet standards identified in Facilities Criteria FC 4-740-14F:

Design: Air Force Child Development Centers. This Statement of Need (SON) defines the actions for the Contractor to remove old flooring, deliver and install new flooring at the Beale AFB Child Development Center (B2443). The contractor shall provide the materials, equipment, and storage for supplies, labor, and removal/disposal of the existing flooring. The contractor is responsible for confirming measurements and updated conceptual drawings as needed. All work is to meet Child and Youth Fire and Safety operational requirements of the National Fire Protection Association, (NFPA 101, 2018 Edition) and applicable DoD and AF criteria.
