NOTICE OF INTENT TO AWARD A SOLE SOURCE CONTRACT to H2 Analytics to provide a technical services for the assessment of an artificial intelligence (AI) enabled exercise architecture system in a synthetic training environment applied to training exercises and certification exercises which integrates intelligence and operations scenario development information Interested persons may identify their interest and capability to respond to the requirements and furnish detailed data concerning their capabilities to provide services sought.

This should include technical data sufficient enough to determine a comparable service. The Government will be the sole determiner regarding an offeror's ability to meet all requirements. The Government will consider all Expressions of Interest (EOIs) received by 16 August 2024 before 4:00 P.M. EST.
