J036 Pricing Arrangement: Firm Fixed Price 12 Months This notice of intent is NOT a request for a quote or proposal. However, interested parties may submit a narrative describing their capabilities and qualifications to fulfill the requirement via email to tina.cox.4@spaceforce.mil and johnny.barreto@spaceforce.mil via email NLT 13 September 2024 at 12:00 PM PST. Any costs incurred in submitting a capabilities statement will not be reimbursed by the Government.

Additionally, the information received will be evaluated solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct the procurement on a competitive basis. A determination by the Government not to open the requirement to competition based upon the responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government.
