The 97th Contracting Squadron at Altus, OK 73523 requires Communication Cables The 97th Contracting Squadron intends to make award to Flight Helmets, LLC (CAGE: 530Z1), due to only one source being capable of providing Communication Cables. The proposed contract action is for supplies for which the Government intends to solicit and negotiate with a single source under the authority of FAR 13.106-1(b). This notice of intent is NOT a request for competitive proposals and no solicitation document exists for the requirement. Please see attached Single Source Justification for further information.
