Facilities Support Services for Naval Air Systems Command (NAVAIR)/Naval Air Warfare Center Aircraft (NAWCAD)Division

This is a SOURCES SOUGHT TECHINCAL DESCRIPTION to determine the availability and technical capability of the outlined requirements. The results of this sources sought will be utilized to determine if an 8(a) or additional small business set-aside opportunities exist. NAWCAD intends to solicit using SPS, a muilt-award Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) contract, from which a Cost Plus Fixed Fee (CPFF) task order will be award.

The Naval Air Systems Command Aircraft Division (NAVAIR), Patuxent River (also referred to as the Naval Air Warfare Center Aircraft Division (NAWCAD)) is seeking eligible business firms who are capable of providing support for facilities management requirements associated with command responsibilities and operations.

The Infrastructure, Safety and Environmental Department (ISED) provides support for facilities management and for technical, programmatic and operational implementation, policy interpretation and guidance, as well as, expertise in the areas of infrastructure planning and operations.

Contractor services in this area are required to support base operations within the NAVAIR Command for facilities located at the Naval Air Warfare Center Aircraft Division (NAWCAD) Patuxent River, MD, St. Inigoes, MD, Arlington, VA and Joint Base McGuire/Dix/Lakehurst, NJ.
