WIR Immunization Information System

The Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC), Office of Acquisition Services (OAS) is releasing the following Sources Sought to gather information in preparation of a potential requirement. The intent of this Sources Sought is to gain a list of potential vendors for the identified services and determine the viability of a Small Buisness set-aside.

This is not an invitation for bid, request for proposal, or other solicitation, and in no way obligates the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) to award a contract. Interested vendors are requested to submit the following information: A brief – no more than 4 pages – response to the attached SOO that contains relevant past experience on similar projects and vendors capacity to acomplish the requirements set in the SOO.
