TACAN Calibration - Intent to Sole Source

(FA487724QA180) THIS IS NOT A REQUEST FOR COMPETITIVE PROPOSALS. This is a combined sources sought and notice of intent to award a sole source contract.

Should this notice fail to identify viable alternatives and/or capable resellers of the sought equipment, a direct award will be issued directly to Rohde & Schwarz USA, Inc., IAW FAR 13.106-1(b)(1)(i), Contracting officers may solicit from one source if the contracting officer determines that the circumstances of the contract action deem only one source reasonably available.

The government is seeking spealiized Rohde & Schwarz USA, Inc. customized TACAN calabration (equipment to be calibrated - Frequency Modulation Analyzer P/N:FMAV OPT-B4 S/N: DE32594). The 355th Contracting Squadron intends to Sole Source this requirement. Please review the Sole Source Justification attached.
