Tyndall AFB - Notice of Intent to Lease

Tyndall AFB has identified a site available for a proposed 25-year lease. The site is approximately 150 acres of land currently used for industrial waste treatment lagoons. The site may continue to be used as-is for industrial waste treatment, or another function as approved by the Grantor. Pre-requisites for the lease, the Grantee will be required to complete a survey for legal description, an appraisal of the fair market value of the land and an Environmental Baseline Survey (EBS).

The Grantee will pay annual rent as determined by the appraisal. The Grantee will be responsible for the security and safety of the site, as well as any improvements, structures, utilities, equipment, fencing, etc. associated with the lease. The Grantor will assume no financial responsibility in the execution of the lease.
