This announcement is Request for Information (RFI) with adjoining attachments. The purpose of this RFI Market Research Purposes only and to gain industry feedback. Response to this RFI is strictly voluntary and will not affect any firm's ability to submit an offer if, or when, a solicitation is released. The requested information is for planning purposes only and does NOT constitute a commitment, implied or otherwise, that a procurement action will be issued.

No entitlement to payment by the Government of direct or indirect costs or charges will arise as a result of the submission of information in response to this presolicitation. The Government shall not be liable for or suffer any consequential damages for any improperly identified proprietary information. Proprietary information will be safeguarded in accordance with the applicable Government regulations; formal notices will be released on https://www.sam.gov website. It is the responsibility of potential offerors to monitor the website for additional information pertaining to this requirement.

GENERAL INFORMATION: The U.S. Army Contracting Command-Detroit Arsenal (ACC-DTA), U.S. Army Intelligence and Security Command (INSCOM) anticipates a requirement that is being considered under NAICS Code 541990. The size standard associated with this NAICS code is $34,000,000. The Product Service Code is R423 – Support-Professional: Intelligence.

The contractor shall provide all personnel, supervision, and non-personal services necessary to provide professional Information Technology support services for software, hardware, storage, and network connectivity to all IGEA sites as defined in the PWS. This includes network administration, field service representatives, accreditation, compliance documentation, and direct end-user support for a variety of operational initiatives which include highly sensitive intelligence functions.

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION AND SUBMISSION DETAILS: Interested parties are requested to submit responses to the below questions and a capabilities statement of no more than three (3) pages in length in Times New Roman font of not less than 10 pitch. Technical questions may be answered in a separate word document.
