BPA - CT Power Injector Consumables

In accordance with FAR 13.303-2(c)(1), the Navajo Area Indian Health Service, Shiprock Service Unit in Shiprock, New Mexico, intends to award a Blanket Purchase Agreements (BPA) with GE Healthcare Inc (UEI: ZKN3LZ6VP556) for the following CT power injector consumable supplies: Material No. Product No. Description UOM Quanity 1196466 XD8002 Ulrich 24-Hour Pump Tubing 1 1196467 XD8132 Ulrich CT Motion Spike Set 1 119468 XD2042 Ulrich Single Patient Tubing 250cm 1 The anticipated period of performance is a base period of one-year from the date of award with four (4) options periods.

The applicable North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code assigned to this procurement is 334517 – Irradiation Apparatus Manufacturing with a small business size standard of 1,200 employees. No further awards will be made unless the need for Shiprock Service Unit changes.

Any other sources that believe they are capable of fulfilling the government requirements as described are encouraged to submit their capability statement, price lists, and catalogs to the Point of Contact listed below via email only and no later than August 12, 2025 at 2PM MDT (1400). In the event additional BPAs are deemed to be in the best interest of the government, capable vendors may be contacted. This notice of intent is not a request for quotations and a solicitation will not be issued in conjunction with the notice of intent.
