Description: The Department of Homeland Security (DHS), Federal Emergency Management Agency (FEMA), is conducting market research to determine the availability of qualified contractors who can renovate a space where employees can comfortably, conveniently, and privately express baby feeding options while at work in the Federal Regional Center (FRC) located at the Region 6 Denton Campus. This Sources Sought Notice is issued in accordance with FAR 10.002(b)(2)(i) for market research purposes only and is not a solicitation. The applicable North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code is 236220 – Commercial and Institutional Building Construction.

Response Deadline: Contractors who are interested in this opprortunity are invited to provide responses to the questions expressed in section four of this Sources Sought Notice to Contract Specialist Barbara Gonzalez via email at barbara.gonzalez@fema.dhs.gov, and to the Region 6 Procurement Branch at R6-Contracts@fema.dhs.gov, no later than 11:00 AM CST on May 12, 2025.
