Notice of Intent - Sole Source - Expo ANTAD Exhibiting Area

The U.S. Embassy Mexico City intends to award a sole-source, firm-fixed-price contract to ANTAD A.C. for two adjacent booths at their specialized trade show, Expo ANTAD 2024, that will take place from March 12-14, 2024 in Guadalajara, Jalisco. Given that ATAD A.C. is the only vendor capable of offering space for their own event, and that no other events offering exposure to the target program partners for the dates mentioned exist, the Contracting Officer has determined that it is in the Government’s best interest to sole source this requirement.
