Notice of Intent to Sole Source - Modification to W91BU21F0036

SUMMARY: The Philadelphia District of the U. S. Army Corps of Engineers, Philadelphia, PA intends to award a sole source modification to an existing Firm Fixed Price Task Order (W912BU21F0036) to RAMBOLL AMERICAS ENGINEERING SOLUTIONS INC under authority 10 U.S.C. § 2304(c)(l), Only One Responsible Source and No Other Supplies or Services Will Satisfy Agency Requirements, as implemented by FAR 6.302-l(b)(1)(ii).

The applicable NAICS code for this requirement is 541330 Engineering Services with a size standard of $25,500,000. This modification is for additional engineering design effort required to implement FUSRAP remediation in the specified area. This notice of intent is NOT a request for competitive proposals. However, responses may be submitted to Grace McMullen, Contract Specialist, through Grace.C.Mcmullen@usace.army.mil and responses received no later than 16:00 EDT, 27 June 2025 shall be considered by the Agency.
