Notice of Intent to Single Source to ASRC FEDERAL SYSTEM SOLUTIONS LLC

In accordance with the Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) Acquisition Management System (AMS) Policy 3.2.2.4, the purpose of this announcement is to inform industry of the FAA's decision to contract with a selected source via single-source procedures. The FAA intends to issue a single-source contract modification to ASRC FEDERAL SYSTEM SOLUTIONS LLC on the National Airspace System Engineering (NAS-E) Contract 6973GH-18-D-00008.

This procurement action will incorporate six months of support (Oct 2024 - April 2025) for the National Airway Systems Engineering Division primarily located at William J. Hughes Technical Center (WJHTC), NJ, into the NAS-E Contract which has previously been procured under the Terminal and Technical Operations Second Level Engineering (TNT) Contract DTFACT-17-D-0004.

The rationale for a single source authorization is based on the continuation of critical support and standardization across the National Airway Systems Engineering Division. Please note that subcontracting opportunities are not available on NAS-E Contract 6973GH-18-D-00008 for the Oklahoma City Portion but Subcontracting opportunities will remain the same for the TNT portion.
