PEO STRI Support Services

Request for Information This Request for Information (RFI) is issued for the following reasons: Notify the commercial marketplace of this opportunity. Solicit information regarding existing commercial contract vehicles for engineering and acquisition support services. Request input on appropriate NAICS codes for these services.

The Program Executive Office Simulation Training, and Instrumentation (PEO STRI) and Army Contracting Command-Orlando has an urgent requirement for Commercial Services providing responsive integrated Engineering and Acquisition Support for Simulation, Training, Testing, and Instrumentation programs. The primary places of performance are Orlando, FL and Huntsville, AL. More information about PEO STRI can be found at its public website: https://www.peostri.army.mil/.

This effort is anticipated to be one or more competitively awarded Task Order contracts under an existing commercial contract vehicle during the limited period of time required to resolve the procurement bid protest related to the Systems Engineering and Technical Assistance (SETA) III contract award and during the course of planning and executing SETA III efforts consistent with the outcome of that protest.

The Government is currently considering the use of Responsive Strategic Sourcing for Services (RS3), One Acquisition Solution for Integrated Services+ (OASIS+), and OASIS+ Women-Owned Small Business to meet these requirements. Please provide the Government with any additional existing commercial contracting solutions that could be utilized for these requirements.

The Government anticipates these requirements will be competed as total small business set-asides with consideration to small business socioeconomic contracting programs as permitted by specific contract vehicles. The appropriate North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) Code for the Engineering Services portion of this requirement is 541330 with a small business size standard of $25.5M.

Please provide the Government with recommended NAICS codes for other Professional Acquisition Support Services that meet the scope and mission of PEO STRI.
