RFP AMENDMENT 03

The purpose of Amendment 03 is to:

(1) Provide the government's response to follow-up questions that were received from interested offerors regarding Q&A release 1 (see attached document);

(2) Provide an updated iteration of the IDIQ labor rate sheet attachment J-1 (see attached document). All other terms and conditions remain unchanged.

RFP AMENDMENT 02

The purpose of Amendment 02 is to:

(1) Provide the government's response to questions that were received from interested offerors (see attached documents);

(2) Provide updated iterations of task order statements of work as well as the IDIQ labor rate sheet attachment J-1 (see attached documents); and (3) Extend the due date for proposals as indicated in this announcement. All other terms and conditions remain unchanged.

The purpose of Amendment 01 is to extend the due date for contractor questions to June 20th, 2024 at 10:00am Eastern Time. All other terms and conditions remain unchanged.

This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial products and services prepared in accordance with the format in subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. 030ADV24R0045 is issued as a Request For Proposal (RFP) on an unrestricted basis. No set aside is being used and there will be no evaluated preference for different socioeconomic status.

The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2024-05. Refer to the attached solicitation documents for a full list of items required.
