Amendment 1

Amendment 1 is issued to:

(1) Provide the Government's response to questions received from interested offerors (see attached Q&A release 1);

(2) Extend the due date for submission of proposals as indicated in this notice;

(3) Update attachment J-1 to coincide with the Q&As; and (4) Update attachment J-2 to coincide with the Q&As. (End of Amendment 1 Text)

Original RFP Description

This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial products and services prepared in accordance with the format in subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued.

030ADV24R008 is issued as a Request For Proposal (RFP) and includes brand name items as indicated in the attached Justification and Approval (J&A) for Other Than Full and Open Competition. The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2024-03. This solicitation is issued on an unrestricted basis. No set aside is being used and there will be no evaluated preference for different socioeconomic status. Refer to the attached solicitation documents for a full list of items required.
