NOTICE OF INTENT- (NA-772) for Security Services

NOTICE OF INTENT TO AWARD SOLE SOURCE THIS IS NOT A REQUEST FOR COMPETITIVE PROPOSALS OR QUOTATIONS. This is a notice of intent to solicit and award a sole source contract under statutory authority 10 USC 3204(a), set forth in Federal Acquisition Regulation 8.405-6(a)(1)(i)(B) – Only one source can provide the supplies or services required at the level of quality required because the supplies or services are unique or highly specialized. The National Nuclear Security Administration (NNSA) intends to award a sole source contract to:

• ManTech Advance Systems International Inc. The anticipated period of performance will one (1) twelve-month base period with one (1) six-month option period. The Government anticipates the award of the five-year competitive action by the end of fiscal year 2025. ManTech will provide highly cleared, multi-disciplined, security personnel with expert level experience in supporting sensitive security operations central to NA-772’s mission.

This requirement requires a wide range of expertise in performing sensitive security operations across multiple topical areas including security program planning and management, physical, personnel, information, communications, and operations security. This notice of intent is NOT a request for proposals or quotations. A determination by the Government not to compete this proposed action based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government.
