The Defense Health Agency Contracting Activity (DHACA), National Capital Region (NCR), Falls Church, VA on behalf of the Walter Reed National Military Medical Center (WRNMMC) intends to award a Firm-Fixed Price contract to Beacon Point Associates, LLC, 1216 SW 4th ST. STE 4, Cape Coral, Florida 33991-2129. The anticipated award will be made under the statutory authority permitting Other than Full and Open Competition, Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Part 6.302-1 (a)(2), only one responsible source.

THIS NOTICE OF INTENT IS NOT A REQUEST FOR COMPETITIVE QUOTATIONS and no solicitation exists for this requirement. A determination by the government not to compete this requirement based upon responses to this notice is solely within the government's discretion.

Information received will usually be exclusively considered to determine whether to conduct a competitive procurement. No Request for Quote (RFQ) will be available for competitive quotes. This notice is not a request for competitive quotations; however, the government will consider responses to this notice within 5 days of this posting.
