Siemens ARCADIS Avantic C-Arm Maintenance

In accordance with Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) 15.201 -- Exchange with industry before receipt of proposals and (FAR) 52.215-3 -- Request for information or Solicitation for Planning Purposes this Sources Sought is for information and planning purposes only at this time and shall not be construed as a solicitation or as an obligation or commitment on the part of the Government nor will the Government pay for information solicited. No evaluation letters and/or results will be issued to the respondents.

This Sources Sought Notice is not expected to be a Request for Proposal or Invitation for Bid, nor does it restrict the Government to an ultimate acquisition approach. At this time no solicitation exists; therefore, please do not request a copy of the solicitation. NO PHONE CALLS WILL BE ACCEPTED. It is the responsibility of any potential offeror to monitor this site for the release of any solicitation or synopsis. This Sources Sought Notice is for services to One Siemen’s ARCADIS Avantic C-Arm At present, this C-Arm works appropriately; there are no issues with functionality. The C-Arm has had annual maintenance inspection in accordance with the company’s recommended maintenance schedule.

US Army Aeromedical Research Laboratory (USAARL)requires continued services for inspection, calibration, and/or maintenance/repair/replacement of parts for future years. The purpose of this procurement is to obtain annual services to inspect, calibrate, and/or maintain (i.e. repair/replacement of parts) one Siemen’s ARCADIS Avantic C-Arm. The inspection, calibration, maintenance services shall be performed at USAARL.
