## Description

FEMA Region 6 is distributing a pre-solicitation notice for the Federal Regional Center. The facility access request form must be completed prior to the posting of the solicitation and emailed to Contract Specialist Destiny Dyson, destiny.dyson@fema.dhs.gov, and Contracting Officer Karley Hoyt, karley.hoyt@fema.dhs.gov, no later than 1:00 PM ET on September 5, 2024. This form is required for all vendors who intend to participate in the solicitation process. Vendors who fail to submit a completed form will be ineligible from participating in the solicitation process.
