## Description

In preparation of supporting a new food vendor at the Capehart gas station, Beale AFB is seeking a qualified commercial kitchen contractor to install one (1) Type 1 Commercial Kitchen Grease Hood that will support 2-3 vat fryers and one 4ft flat grill. Kitchen hood should meet all fire code requirements for a commercial kitchen hood, including fire suppression equipment. Install breaker, wiring, conduit, and associated electrical components as needed to support the new equipment.

**DUCT SYSTEM:** Replace current duct system with a Class 1 air duct that supports a Type 1 hood, and with cleanouts at required intervals.
