## Description

The Portland Area Office hereby submits a Speical Notice to award a sole source, firm fixed price award, annual software support for the Dentrix Electronic Dental Record Software Support for the Warm Springs Health and Welness Center. The system manages all health information for patient records. To ensure the efficient operation of the Electronic Dental Record (EDR) system across their main outpatient clinics. The installed electonic health record system on-site currently utilizes Dentrix Emterprise.
