## Description

The Center for Countermeasures (CCM) is conducting market research to determine currently available hardware and software solutions that leverage Commercial off the shelf (COTS) systems to support the acquisition of an RF Threat Emitter System that can be ruggedized, portable and transportable for open air testing and training.
