## Description

The J&A is for sixteen (16) current Worldwide A/E Design IDIQ contracts beyond the five (5) year term, up to twelve (12) months to November 28, 2025, consisting of two (2) six-month option periods. This additional time is requested for unforeseen delays in the solicitation of the follow-on Indefinite Delivery, Indefinite Quantity for Worldwide A/E Design services. This extension is necessary to provide sufficient time to complete the extensive multiple stage source selection required for the architect-engineer services solicitation process and award of the follow-on Worldwide A/E Design IDIQ contracts.
