This IDIQ is the sponsor contract for IDA SAC as a Federal Funded Research and Development Center (FFRDC). Under this IDIQ, the IDA SAC will conduct research in national security and science policy areas with an objective analysis leveraging scientific, technical, and analytic expertise. The research will assist the Department of Defense and other agencies in addressing national security issues, including systems and technologies at all stages of development, deployment, and use. This research and analyses will require a deep understanding of performance, mission capabilities and costs, the underlying technologies, the information environment, the supporting infrastructure, and related intelligence matters.
