## Description

The purpose of this Sources Sought notification is to check the market for its level of availability for relocation services (specifically for the movement of federal employees who are relocating in connection with their federal employment). The relocation of federal employees has unique requirements (i.e. financial, logistical, and federal, etc.), and the FDA is searching for any and all contractors that believe they can meet our need.

Please see the attached requirements document for more details regarding these unique requirements. In your capability statement, please describe/explain/provide a narrative of how you are able to meet the requirements of each required task. The FDA also has a preference to make any potential contract that comes from this Sources Sought notification Firm Fixed Price (FFP), if possible. Please note that a contract is not guaranteed, however.

Please include with your capability statement an explanation of how you would approach making this FFP. Please include your hypothetical FFP pricing structure/scheme, along with a description/explanation/narrative of your FFP pricing plan and how it would lead to a hypothetical proposed FFP. If it is not possible to make this FFP, the FDA is open to other suggestions for contract types (i.e., Cost, Time-and-Materials, etc.). Please identify the contract type you're suggesting and provide a description/explanation/narrative of:

(1) why it was chosen and (2) how it makes more sense than FFP. Please also demonstrate how it would lead to a hypothetical proposed price. Any capability statements/submissions for this notification must be received before the close date. Nothing received after the close date will be accepted. Only electronic submissions will be accepted. Please send your capability statement/submission to the Primary Point of Contact listed in this this notification and also use FDA Relocation Services - *Your Company Name* in the subject line of your email.
