This program provides educational, recreational, and leadership-building experiences for youth ages 12-18. Please review requirements in accordance with the Performance Work Statement (PWS). This solicitation is issued as a Request for Quote (RFQ). There is no small business set aside is required. NAICS is 721214 In order to be eligible for award, the successful offerors System for Award Management (SAM) registration must be active and includes representations and certifications. Interested parties shall provide a detailed proposal sufficient for a thorough evaluation against the requirement of the solicitation and the attached performance work statement (PWS). The following elements shall be included in your response: Technical narrative, CLIN pricing, Proposal valid for 60 days and submitted by email no later than 1700 AST on 15 August 2025 to Alexis Potter at alexis.d.potter.civ@army.mil.
