Training shall be broken down in a manner to provide measured progression for students to ensure mastery of the training elements. Modules should be flexible based on student needs, student progression and potential delays. Advanced hoist operations instruction shall be comprised of Pilot teams, Crew Chief/Hoist Operators and Medic/Rescue Specialists; Assistance in developing procedures/checks, SOP/SOG for Hoist Operations; and provide all associated operations equipment for training duration. The equipment to be trained on and used during the dynamic hoist training is as follows from Air Rescue Systems (ARS): 2-Up™, ARV-QC™ M/ARV-QC™ M19, Offset Tagline System, Cable Buddy ™, Fast Break QRD™, Hoist Hook Weights, and Hoist Safety Lanyard. The equipment will be trained on the ground and during flight.
