-This Requirement is for Brand Name Only: Atlassian Software and Professional Services -This is 100% Set a Side for Small Business As Per NAICS CODE: 541519 -Similiar or Like products and/or Services will not be considered. -The Solicitation document must be fully filled out including all CLIN LINES for both labor/Supply and Professional Services and complete all clauses that apply and fill in/complete sections 17a, 30a, 30b 30c to be considered. -Please refer to the Attached Performance Work Statement (PWS) for specific details. -All Questions must be submitted to the Contracting Specialist, kristen.zigmont.civ@army.mil no later than August 25, 2026 @ 1:00 PM EST-U.S. Late Submission of questions will not be answered.
