## Description

This is a combined synopsis and solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6-Streamlined Procedures for Evaluation and Solicitation for Commercial Items, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation. Quotes are being requested and a writen solicitation will not be issued.

Incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular (FAC) 2024-03 effective 23 February 2024. The synopsis/ solicitation number is W91ZLK-24-Q-0010 for the purchase of (1) new road-rail vehicle that meets the specifications set forth in the statement of work including safety features, automotive requirements, power requirements, and software applications. For Specific information please refer to the atached Statement of Work (SOW).

This requirement is being solicited as full and open competition represented by NAICS Code 333924 - Industrial Truck, Tractor, Trailer and Stacker Machinery Manufacturing.
