## Description

This action seeks to add a software license to unlock the features of the GSL IntelliCab system. These systems are a series of cabinets/lockers that hold medications for patients to pick-up after hours when the pharmacy is normally closed by scanning the patients identification card. The lockers are usually placed near the pharmacy but may also be places in other non-medical public areas such as the Post Exchange. See attached Sole Source Justification Memo
