This notice is issued solely for information and planning purposes only. The United States (US) Government is seeking sources to determine a sole-source justification for Charm Sciences Inc., which is a small business. 1. The resulting information will be used to determine if there are sufficient resources to support a sole source for the solicitation, and award of the contract. The business size standard is 1000 employees. Product Service Code (PSC) is 6515.
