This contract will serve as an annual service where the vendor will provide Radiation Surveys for the Radiation Diagnostic Devices listed in Attachment 1 of the Statement of Work. This contract is to support Health Technology Management Branch (HTMB) with Annual Radiation Surveys for Radiology Diagnostic Devices under which the personnel rendering the services are not subject, either by the contract's terms or by the manner of its administration, to the supervision and control usually prevailing in relationships between the Government and its employees. The Contractor shall provide all personnel, vehicles, equipment, tools, materials, and other items necessary to perform the surveys of the Radiation Diagnostic Devices listed.
