## Description

This is a non-personal service(s) contract to provide Emergency Medical Services in designated medical aid station(s), for the 2025 Army Birthday Festival, 12th Street Expressway, National Mall, Washington, DC, 20004, 11-15 June 2025. EMS will support the running of designated Basic Life Support (BLS) only for pre-festival set-up 11-13 June 2025 and designated both BLS and Advanced Life Support (ALS) aid station(s) for Birthday Festival, 14 June 2025, and BLS only for post-festival take down, 15 June 2025. These hours are subject to change depending on festival execution needs.

The approximate number of personnel supported for this event assumed to be 10,000-15,000 participants and attendees. Contractors must pass a United States Secret Service background check to staff this event.

All healthcare providers such as Medical Doctors (MD), Emergency Medical Technicians (EMTs), Paramedics, and Registered Nurses (RNs) are licensed in Washington, DC. therefore, they meet licensure requirements in accordance with 10 USC 1094. In addition, they meet the credentialing requirements of the DHAPM 6025.13 Clinical Quality Management in the Medical Health System (MHS), volume 4 Credentialing and Privileging. - See attached Performance Work Statement and Redacted Justification and Approval
